Wine description: Light straw colour, clear, intense smell. The Királyleányka and the Leányka varieties complete each other, reductive technology, controlled fermentation, aged in stainless steel tanks. The reductive technology helped the intense aromas to form. Nice acids. Classic dry white wine with protected origin, from native Hungarian varieties.

Recommendation: Drink with poultry, fish, summer vegetables or on its own as a “talking wine”. It should be consumed at 10°C. It would accompany nicely a rucola salad with grape seed oil and warm “gomolya” ewe cheese.
