Wine description: Classic dry red wine with protected origin. Mid-deep purple colour, low tannin content, nice acids. Gentle spiciness and berries in aroma, mild body. Very drinkable, nice, elegant wine perfect for friendly talks.
Varieties: Cabernet sauvignon, Kékfrankos, Syrah, Kadarka, Pinot noir
Technology: Traditional oak barrel aging with full malolactic fermentation.
Recommendation: A social wine. Serve with fish soups, pasta dishes with tomato sauce and meat such as roast duck and goose meals. A pleasant accompaniment to chestnut oven baked goose, which should be consumed at 16-18°C.
