Wine description: Quality dry red wine with protected origin, barrel selection. The well ripen grapes and the 28 days fermentation on the skin resulted in a rich taste. Smooth tannins, and after the long bottle aging, there is the tipical Cabernet franc-chocolately aroma.
Technology: Aged in first and second filled barrique barrels, with full malolactic fermentation.
Recommendation: Serve with beef, game and wild poultry, for example fried wild duck with Brussels sprouts and chestnut at 16-18°C.
