To reach this high-level elegance, we left the riped grape on its’s skin for 28 days. The rich aromas and nice tannins paired with chocolate scent and deep „warm” tones, which is typical for a Cabernet Franc. We used first and second filled barrels throught the process, with full malolactic fermentation with long bottle aging, to bring it to an even higher level. It can provide you a unique experience if you drink it with beef or proud flesh-based dishes, served at 18-20°C.
