Wine description: Quality dry red wine with protected origin, barrel selection. Perfectly ripe grapes, long fermentation on the skin resulted in a rich smell and taste. Round, smooth tannins, very elegant wine.
Technology: First and second filled barrel aging with full malolactic fermentation.
Recommendation: Serve with game and wild poultry, e.g: deer steak with vegetables and hash brown.
