Wine description: Classic dry red wine with protected origin. Ruby colour, fruity and slightly spicy smell reminiscent of red currant with the aromas of the wooden barrel. Rich, complex, herbaly taste, smooth tannins.
Technology: 18 months barrel aging, full malolactic fermentation. Minimum 6 months bottle aging.
Recommendation: Serve with pork, lamb and venison meals, cabbage dishes. It would accompany nicely pig roast and cabbage. It should be consumed at 16-18°C.
