Wine description: Superior dry red wine with protected origin. Deep ruby colour, rich, herbaly smell with paprika and ripen respberry aromas in taste. Full-bodied wine with perfect acid balance and smooth tannins.
Technology: Traditional barrel aging and full malolactic fermentation.
Recommendation: Serve with red meat, wild animals and beef. Preferably consumed at 16-18°C.
