Wine description: Grand Superior dry white wine with protected origin. Harvested the fully ripen grapes, we fermented the must in 225l Hungarian oak barrels, with the use of 10% first filled new barrels. Relatively long barrele aging on lees for more than half a year. This wine is a full-bodied, rich flavoured white blended wine that can also be aged in the bottles for a longer time.
Technology: Barrique barrel fermantation and aging with 10% new barrel usage.
Recommendation: To fish dishes, cheese, matured ham, for example grilled salmon fillet with vegetable risotto. It is best consumed at 9-10°C.
