Wine description: Quality dry red wine with protected origin. Elegant appearence, deep colour with the promise of a full bodied red wine. It is a very compact and complex wine. Matured, smooth, rounded tannins, long aftertaste. It is a must for those who love big bodied red wines.
Varieties: Cabernet franc, Syrah, Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot.
Technology: Very low yield, barrique barrel aging for 18 months, with full malolactic fermentation.
Recommendation: It pairs well with aged beef and game, such as braised venison with potato. It is best consumed at 16-18°C.
