Eger Wine Region Wine Competition 2025: Outstanding Success for Our Winery!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The prestigious <strong>XXIX. Eger Wine Region Wine Competition<\/strong> was held on <strong>February 27, 2025<\/strong>, at the Hotel Villa V\u00f6lgy in Eger. This renowned event brought together <strong>29 wineries<\/strong> and evaluated <strong>159 wines<\/strong> following the internationally recognized <strong>100-point OIV scoring system<\/strong>. A total of six committees, composed of <strong>36 expert judges<\/strong>, conducted the evaluation to recognize the finest wines of the region.<\/p>\n<h2>Awarded Wines and Results<\/h2>\n<p>The competition evaluated outstanding wines in three categories: <strong>Grand Gold, Gold, and Silver medals<\/strong>. We are proud that our wines have once again received recognition from the expert jury.<\/p>\n<h2>Event Closing and Award Ceremony<\/h2>\n<p>The competition concluded with an <strong>exclusive gala dinner<\/strong> at <strong>G\u00e1l Tibor F\u00fazi\u00f3<\/strong>, where judges and key figures of the Eger wine region gathered to reflect on the success of the event. The <strong>official award ceremony<\/strong> will take place at the <strong>Egri Csillag Weekend<\/strong> opening event, where the winning wineries will also receive <strong>prestigious grand prizes<\/strong> from the competition\u2019s official sponsors.<\/p>\n<p>For us, these honors serve as further motivation to continue crafting <strong>exceptional wines in the future<\/strong>.
