The harvest at the end of September gave us a Syrah with perfect ripeness. To help highlight the aroma and taste of the variety, we used a 20-month second-time-used barrel maturation, along with a long bottle maturation. As a result, we obtained a juicy and varied wine with an extremely long finish.
