Egri Cabernet Sauvignon Superior 2022
Superior quality dry red wine with a protected designation of origin.
Region: Eger wine region, Novaj Juhszalagos hill.
Plantation: Guyot cultivation method, planted in 240×100 cm rows. Clayish loam soil with a 5% to 7% south by southwestern slope.
Vintage, Vinification: Early germination, hot and dry summer, early harvest. Healthy, well ripen grape.
Wine description: dark ruby colour, flavour is rich in spices and the smell reminds the consumer of well ripen raspberry. Nice acids, full bodied and rounded wine. It developed smooth tannins while aged in oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 15 %, acid content: 5,1 g/l.
Recommendation: Serve with red meat, wild animals and beef. Preferably consumed at 16-18°C.
Storage: Lay bottles in standard temperature, cool, even climate, protected from direct sunlight.

A minőség, mint mindig, rendben volt. A szállítás nem. Többszöri kísérletre sem tudtam a jelölt szállítási időpontot módosítani. Sem mailekkel, sem a megadott telefonnal, ami nem létezik.

A probléma ugyanaz, mint az előző rendelésnél. A TNT nem jó futárszolgálat. Ha nem rendelek többet Önökről a szállítás az ok. (A GLS pl. 3 óra időtartamot jelez a megérkezésre.)

Ez az a bor amit minden magyarnak egyszer meg kell kóstolnia! A Sauvignon esetében nem tudtok hibázni. Legyen az bármely dűlő, ebben ti vagytok a legjobbak. Ha ezt a fajtát kéne bemutatni csak is a Thummerer Cabernet Sauvinon-ok jöhetnek szóba. Nem hiába imádják ezt a fajtát a francia ismerőseim is. És az sem véletlen, hogy Eger legjobb Sauvignon borai tőletek kerülnek ki a borversenyekre. Ez a Sauvignon is remek tétel lett. A meggy a málna és az érett szeder erősen dominál benne. A tölgyfahordós érlelés határozottan szép bársonyos selymeséget csempészet bele ebbe a lágy és élvezetes fűszeres ízbe, így meleg tónusok, lágy savak jellemzik. Én a helyetekben ezzel indítanék minden bemutatót.
