This crimson colored wine has a pleasant spicy taste with some notable berry fruit flavor and moderate amount of valonia. It is a mild acidic medium body estate wine. Perfect choice for fish soup or dishes with tomato as well as duck and goose. Best consumed at 16-18 °C
