The almost perfect acid balance and the well-bodied taste, with nice tannins, brings this dry red wine to the next level, which gets even sharper by the months-long fermentation in wood barrels.
It can provide you a unique experience, if you drink it with beef or proud flesh-based dishes, served at 18-20°C.
