Wine description: Dry white wine with protected origin. The vintage gave perfect ripening conditions to this variety we harvested with high sugar content and nice acids. After malolactic fermentation and lees stirring, we got a full-bodied elegant white wine.
Technology: Fermenting and aging in new barrique barrels. Made with battonage technology.
Recommendation: It pairs well with white poultry meat, smoked and aged hams, cheeses, mushroom, fish and cabbage meals. It would be the perfect accompaniment to trout filet with roasted parsnip. It is best consumed at 9-10°C.
