Our highest quality Bullsblood. From the planning, we had to think about the whole process, so we planted the grapes to one of our best field, with the actual rate of needed components. The Nagy-Eged’s southern vineyards were the best option for that complexity to make.
In 2008, as earlier mention, we planted Blaufrankisch, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, and Kadarka seedlings at the perfect rate, so after that, we were able to harvest and ferment the types together, in the same barrels at the same time, for 18 months. This method leads the wine to a concentrated and complex taste.
Next to beef and great proud-flesh-based dishes it came the perfect choice, served at 18-20°C.
