Wine description: The soil of the southern slopes of the Nagy-Eged hill is different from the others in the wine region. Also, the stricter yield limitation gives the wine uniquness and concentration.

Vineyard: Eger Wine Region, Nagy-Eged-vineyard
Technology: Harvested with big yield limitation. On the Nagy-Eged vineyard, the varieties needed for the grand superior bikaver were planted on purpose at the same time in 2008. We harvested and fermented the 5 varieties together and aged the wine in third-filled Hungarian oak barrels for 27 months.
Recommendation: It accompanies beef and wild games the best. For example, we suggest a pairing with grilled steak with potato strudel.
