Thummerer Blanc Brut Nature 2013

4 900 Ft

Wine description: Méthode traditionnelle. With a pale colour, slow CO2 bubble formation characterize it. The smell reminds of the summer apple. Complex and elegant sparkling wine.
Technology: Producing a traditionally fermented sparkling wine was our desire for a while, which we complete from the harvest of the grape for the base wine to the disgorging of the finished product on our own. After a business trip in Champagne, France, the idea of the technological background was designed so we purchased the essential machines from Epernay, France. We first harvested for sparkling base wine in 2013. Beside Chardonnay and Pinor noir, we chose Királyleányka as a hungarian vaiety, from Kőkötő vineyard.
Bottling took place on 29th June in 2014, and after aging for 24 months disgorging took place on 27th June in 2016.
Recommendation: For appetizer forexample: caviare.
