Classic dry red wine with a protected designation of origin
Ruby color, rich, spicy and smooth tannins. Reminiscent of red currant in the nose and complementing the wonderful fragrance that resulted from the wooden barrel fermentation.
Alcohol content: 14%, acid content: 5,6g/l.
Recommendation:
Serve with pork, lamb and venison meals, cabbage dishes. It would accompany nicely pig roast and cabbage. It should be consumed at 16-18°C
Storage:
Lay bottles in standard temperature, cool, even climate, protected from direct sunlight.

Ez a bor sajnos olyan mint a szétszaladt nyáj, amelyiknek nincs gazdája, sem karaktere. Kékfrankos erősen dominál benne, ami elviszi a többi fajta egyedülálló jellegét, túlságosan fanyarrá és fűszeressé teszi és ez baj. Minden bikavér egyedi, a borász ihlette csoda, de ez sajnos nem az a tétel. Ez a bikavér sajnos kilóg ebből a példamutató és fantasztikus egri sorból. Ebből a kékfrankosból kevesebb több lenne és ha a Bordeauxi fajták ereje dominálna benne az superior lenne…
