If you are thinking about elegant white wines, Chardonnay must be one of the first that comes to mind. We wanted to carry on this worldwide known image, in an even better form. This year favoured our vineyards: the grapes became flavourful and well matured, which can be discovered in its iconic taste.
After picking, we used malolactic fermentation and lees stirring. Fermented and aged in new barrique barrels, and thanks to the batonnage technology, the result is an elegant, full-bodied white wine.
Cool down to 9-10°C and pair with your favourite smoked ham dishes, poultry meals, or simply enjoy it with a cheese board.
