Starter: Roasted foie gras with brioche and Királyleányka quince ragout
Paired with: Egri Királyleányka 2025. A light, aromatic white that also goes into the quince ragout, tying the dish together.

Main course: Whole roast goose stuffed with apple, prunes, dried cranberries and chestnuts, with mashed potatoes
Paired with: Tekenőháti Merlot Grand Superior 2021. Merlot from the Tekenőhát vineyard in Noszvaj: its ripe, soft fruitiness suits the dried fruit stuffing.

Dessert: Dark chocolate brownie with sour cherry ragout
Paired with: Egri Cabernet Sauvignon Superior Válogatás 2021. Its dark fruit meets the sour cherry and the dark chocolate.
