The Vili Papa Cuvée Superior 2021 is one of our winery’s most exceptional wines, produced exclusively in exceptional vintages. This Bordeaux-style red wine, crafted from a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, represents the pinnacle of terroir and masterful winemaking.
The favorable weather conditions of the 2021 vintage allowed for a harvest with excellent phenological ripeness, which, combined with extended skin contact and maceration, resulted in a rich tannin structure, giving the wine great aging potential while already offering an exceptional drinking experience. Its strong tastes could be paired with aged beef or dishes featuring venison, wild boar, or other big game, served at 16-18°C.
