This exclusive 3-bottle bundle was put together personally by József Lamport, head winemaker at Thummerer Winery and winner of the Winemaker of the Year award. It contains three defining Superior wines from the 2021 vintage, which together give a full picture of the character, power and elegance of the Eger wine region.

What’s in the box

Syrah Superior Válogatás 2021

A deep, intense red with black berry fruit, peppery spice and velvety tannins. A rich, complex Syrah with a long finish, where fruit and oak are in perfect balance.

Kékfrankos Superior Válogatás 2021

The classic variety of the Eger wine region on a grand scale. Deep crimson colour, sour cherry and plum aromas, elegant acidity and silky tannins. A dynamic yet refined wine with long ageing potential.

Cabernet Franc Superior Válogatás 2021

A structured, serious red with blackcurrant and blackberry notes, fine spice and hints of chocolate. Deep, layered and age-worthy, showing the elegant, cooler-climate side of the variety.

Together, the three wines offer deep colour, a concentrated yet harmonious structure, ripe black berry fruit, spicy and chocolatey oak notes and a long, complex finish in every bottle.
